Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Repair and replace automotive components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to aid in repairs and diagnostics. Work on advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) as needed. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly to clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the shop. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic. Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. Proficiency in automotive electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairs. Knowledge of powertrain systems, alignment procedures, and auto body repair is beneficial. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnostics. Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction. Welding experience is a plus but not required.
