SERVICE ADVISOR

Essential duties include Scheduling appointments for repairs Greeting customers Determining type of service required on vehicles Writing up repair orders in computer system Estimating costs of repairs Conferring with customers & advising them on care & maintenance of vehicles Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards Essential requirements include Communication skills Customer service skills Computer skills Other helpful background includes Mechanical knowledge Sales experience
