This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn from experienced technicians, and build a career in diesel maintenance. No previous diesel experience required — just a solid work ethic, mechanical curiosity, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do

• Perform oil and filter changes on diesel tractors
• Check and top off all vehicle fluids
• Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance services
• Inspect and service tires, shocks, lights, and other components
• Assist with small repairs including air leaks, brake adjustments, and shock replacement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Support experienced technicians and shop operations as needed Requirements What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods
• Ability to work safely and independently in a team environment
• Previous experience in lube, tire, or general vehicle maintenance a plus
