Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth is looking for experienced Flat Rate Service Technicians to join our team. Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus, but not required ASE certifications and/or factory training preferred Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment Responsibilities Perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics efficiently and accurately. Complete warranty, maintenance, and customer-pay repairs to Mercedes-Benz standards. Communicate repair status and additional repair needs with the Service Advisors. Road test vehicles when necessary to verify repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Deliver repairs that exceed customer expectations.
