The ideal candidate is a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic and repair abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship. Alfa Romeo and/or Maserati certification is required for consideration.

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$40-$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications with UP TO $15

K Sign-on Bonus Schedule:

Monday-Friday Full-time position Competitive compensation based on experience and certification level Responsibilities Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Perform manufacturer-recommended services and repairs according to factory specifications Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and technical information Document all work performed accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with the Service Department regarding vehicle concerns and repair needs Stay current with manufacturer technology, technical updates, and repair procedures Qualifications Current Alfa Romeo and/or Maserati certification is required Previous professional automotive technician experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to accurately and efficiently complete repairs Knowledge of modern automotive electrical and computer systems Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a professional service team What We're Looking For We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of precision with premium European vehicles, and is committed to providing customers with the highest level of service.
