Gold Coast Cadillac is looking for a full-time Automotive Service Advisor that is experienced, customer-focused to compliment our award-winning team. This position is salary-based, plus commission. Our top performers currently make $140,000 annually! We are looking for a Service Advisor who shares those values and can deliver the high level of service our customers expect. What You'll Do Greet customers and assist them throughout the service process Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally Prepare repair orders and provide accurate estimates Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding vehicle status and completion times Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep repairs moving efficiently Review completed work and invoices with customers Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Help ensure an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery What We're Looking For Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate! Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to confidently explain maintenance and repair recommendations Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong follow-up and time-management skills Ability to work effectively with technicians, management, and other dealership departments Valid driver's license Cadillac or GM dealership experience is a plus Why Gold Coast Cadillac?
