Auto-Topia is looking for experienced A/B/C Automotive Technicians — will train right person! Immediate Full-Time Position ✅ NYS Inspector License Required $20-$55/hour (based on experience) Up to a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on experience and paid after 180 days of successful employment) $500 Referral Bonus (paid after the referred technician successfully completes 180 days of employment) Join our busy, well-established, family-owned shop where your skills will directly impact vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles using modern diagnostic tools Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, powertrains, electrical systems, brakes, and suspension Conduct inspections, alignments, and routine services (oil changes, fluids, etc.) Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and technical manuals Work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications
What We're Looking For:
✅ Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills ✅ Experience in automotive repair (dealership or independent shop preferred) ✅ Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals ✅ Experience with engine repair, electrical systems, and general maintenance ✅ Diesel, ADAS, or advanced diagnostic experience is a plus ✅ Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic We're looking for technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on quality and professionalism.
