Assistant Automotive Service Manager/Coordinator Bridgeland Auto Brokers is looking for an Assistant Automotive Service Manager to join our team in Bridgeport, NY.

Assistant Automotive Service Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Automotive Dealership Service Department required Previous management experience is a plus Able to manage a team and be a leader Attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Professional demeanor and effective communication skills with customers

Valid Driver's License Assistant Automotive Service Manager/Coordinator Responsibilities:

Oversee intake of new and existing customers service requests Process repair orders for customers to fully document costs and time estimates Provide detailed service orders to technicians to fulfill service requests/requirements Assist customers with planning around maintenance required for their vehicle as needed Provide follow-ups to customers to provide status updates on their vehicle's service Maintain efficient scheduling of services based on staffing availability Manage and provide guidance to service technicians whenever needed Assist with complex service requests or duties as required Review service performance with team members Handle escalated customer interactions to ensure any needs or concerns are handled Ensure all documentation is accurate and that parts are restocked
