Job Description We are always looking for talented, self-motivated individuals to join our team. Currently, we are seeking dependable, self-starting team players who are ASE-certified to fill the role of Automotive Line Technician A/B (Experienced, GM Preferred). A qualified individual will be expected to: Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, and heating/cooling systems Perform advanced diagnostics using GM-specific scan tools and diagnostic software Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding diagnosis, repair status, and estimated completion times Recognize and recommend additional service or repair work based on inspection findings Follow all company and OEM safety procedures and policies Coordinate with the parts department to source and obtain correct OEM parts Complete repair orders efficiently while meeting or exceeding flat-rate time standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with dealership standards Provide mentorship or guidance to junior (C/D-level) technicians, if applicable Document all work performed accurately in the dealership management system Benefits This isn't just a job - it's a career.
