Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Hyundai Master Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. As a Hyundai Master Certified Technician, you will leverage your extensive expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain Hyundai vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your technical proficiency, combined with your passion for automotive excellence, will ensure our customers receive top-tier service. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Hyundai vehicles, including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Utilize automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Repair or replace vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, electrical wiring, and ADAS modules. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical issues effectively. Conduct vehicle maintenance services including alignments, wheel balancing, brake repairs, and oil changes. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs according to manufacturer standards. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. New York State Inspections Qualifications Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics. Hyundai Master Certification or equivalent certification demonstrating advanced technical proficiency. Extensive experience with automotive diagnostic tools, schematics, and electrical systems interpretation. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, vehicle suspension system repair, and diesel engine repair. Hands-on experience with automotive wiring diagram interpretation and vehicle transmission system repair. Familiarity with ADAS technology and auto estimating processes. Strong mechanical skills complemented by excellent customer service abilities. Ability to work efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment. Knowledge of GM vehicles is a plus but not required; a general understanding of vehicle maintenance standards is essential.
