Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM (Weekends & OT as needed)

Full‑Time One of our partner companies is seeking a Fleet Vehicle Prep Technician to support bus preparation for vinyl decal installation. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment. In addition to prep work, this position will serve as a floater , assisting other departments—such as Shipping—based on daily workload needs. Key Responsibilities Remove, prep, and reinstall vehicle parts and hardware Wash, clean, and prep buses; assist with snow removal as needed Move buses between the lot and the garage Load buses with vinyl materials and assist with basic installation tasks Support inventory management Assist with general building and lot maintenance Follow written and verbal instructions to meet and exceed quality standards What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and comfort using a variety of tools Ability to read blueprints (preferred) Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to float between departments Organized, detail‑oriented, and efficient Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using iPad/iOS for job documentation Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks 1+ year of mechanical experience (preferred) Reliable commute to Oriskany, NY or plans to relocate before starting Drug test and background check administered as part of pre-employment process.
