In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of automotive systems to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Repair and replace brakes and suspension component. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed. Experience Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in dealership or independent shop environments. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and understanding of automotive electrical systems. Knowledge of diesel engine repair, transmissions (including automatic and manual), and heavy equipment mechanics is highly desirable. Familiarity with automotive suspension system repair, wheel alignment procedures, tire service, shocks & struts replacement, and brake repair. Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools. Experience working with all makes of vehicles or similar makes is a plus but not required.
