We are a Gold Certified NAPA Auto Care facility with ASE Certified and Master Certified Technicians offering a variety of services from new engine installation to the everyday oil change and tire rotation. Our team is committed to excellence in providing the best workmanship and customer service in auto care.

What we are looking for:

A positive and teachable technician, who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities throughout the workday while maintaining professionalism. Position is full-time, Monday through Thursday 8:00 am-5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance - complete oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections in a timely and efficient matter.
• Identify and replace necessary "wear" items such as air filters and wiper blades.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Inspect vehicles for signs of wear and/or damage and report to the shop manager
• Complete customer service and repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Shop Safety - keep and maintain a clean and clear work area and follow shop safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Previous lube technician experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, technology, and techniques
• Willingness to learn and grow skillset
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emotional situations
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, and kneel.
