Lead Automotive Technician Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros - Norwalk 2874 State Route 61 | Family Owned | No Weekends Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros is seeking a strong Lead Automotive Technician to join our Mansfield location. We are a well-established, family-owned company that has proudly served our communities for over 30 years with honesty, professionalism, and 5-star customer service. We are looking for a highly skilled technician who can confidently diagnose, lead by example, and help maintain a productive, team-focused environment. Responsibilities Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues accurately Perform advanced repairs: engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, brakes, alignments Lead by example with efficiency and workmanship Work closely with service advisors and team to keep workflow smooth Maintain clean, organized work space Help mentor and support other technicians when needed What We're Looking For Strong diagnostic ability (check engine, electrical, ABS, drivability) 3+ years experience as an A-Tech or Lead Tech preferred Ability to work independently and stay productive Team player with a positive attitude Dependable with strong attendance Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are looking for a technician who wants a long-term home — not just a temporary stop.
