In this role, you will move and park vehicles safely, maintain a clean and organized lot and service area, and assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle flow. You'll greet customers courteously, perform light cleaning of vehicles as needed, and ensure vehicles are ready for pickup. Responsibilities Move, park, and retrieve customer and inventory vehicles safely around the dealership property Greet customers politely and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup in the service drive Stage vehicles for service technicians and reposition vehicles to support efficient shop workflow Wash, vacuum, and lightly detail vehicles as directed to ensure a clean, customer-ready condition Maintain organization and cleanliness of the service drive, parking lots, and vehicle staging areas Manage keys and key tags accurately, following dealership procedures for security and tracking Report any vehicle damage, safety issues, or irregularities to service management immediately Work cooperatively with service advisors, technicians, and other team members to support daily operations Follow all safety guidelines, traffic rules, and dealership policies while operating vehicles on and off the lot Assist with light facility or grounds upkeep related to the service area, as requested Required Skills Safe vehicle operation (automatic and manual transmissions) Basic vehicle handling and parking in tight spaces Customer service and professional communication Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail for vehicle cleanliness and condition Key and inventory tracking/organization Ability to follow safety procedures and traffic guidelines Basic problem-solving and situational awareness Reliability and punctuality
