Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and interpret automotive wiring diagrams to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, wheel alignments, and tire rotations to ensure safety and performance standards are met. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret schematics and automotive electrical diagrams to troubleshoot complex wiring issues and system failures. Repair or replace vehicle transmission systems, diesel engines, and other major components with precision. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

THIS A FLAG TIME JOB WILL BE PAID ON COMMISION BASED ON HOURS TURNED.

Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance including powertrain repairs, suspension system repairs, wheel alignments, and transmission work. Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and understanding of automotive wiring diagrams. Mechanical knowledge paired with experience working on GM vehicles or similar brands is highly desirable. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately while following safety protocols.
