Our commitment to excellence in mechanical maintenance and repair ensures that our clients receive the best service possible. Summary We are seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team at RLSM. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to optimize fleet performance. Assist in the fabrication of parts as needed for repairs. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Requirements Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
