You'll perform a thorough vehicle write-up , listen carefully to the customer's concerns, review their vehicle's needs and history, set clear expectations, and maintain communication throughout the repair process. You'll work closely with our technicians and parts team to make sure information is accurate and nothing gets lost in communication. Most importantly, you'll make sure customers understand: What their vehicle needs. Why it needs it. What it will cost. How long it will take. And what happens next. No surprises. No pressure. Just clear, professional communication. Experience Matters. Character Matters More. Automotive experience is a plus, but we're also interested in people with strong backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, sales, or other relationship-driven businesses. We can teach automotive processes. We're looking for people who already possess the qualities that are harder to teach: drive, intelligence, organization, listening skills, professionalism, accountability, and a genuine desire to take care of people. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
