General Service Entry-Level Automotive Technician / Shop Assistant Michalak's Auto Repair - starting rate of $15 - $18 per hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Start a Career in the Automotive Industry Michalak's Auto Repair is a locally owned automotive repair shop in Harleysville and Souderton, PA that focuses on quality repairs, honest service, and a positive team environment. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who wants to build a career in automotive . This position starts with shop support, oil changes, tire service, and oil undercoating , with opportunities to grow into additional technician responsibilities. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in their work, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Be Doing Light Automotive Work Perform oil changes Tire mounting, balancing, and tire changes Assist technicians with basic maintenance and repair tasks rust remediation and oil undercoating Shop Support Shop organization and clean-up Maintain a safe and professional work environment Move vehicles in and out of the shop Assist technicians as needed Shuttle Customers as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and shows up ready to work Good attention to detail Interest in automotive repair or mechanics Ability to work both independently and with a team Willingness to learn new skills Valid driver's license preferred Pay & Schedule $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience and licenses Monday - Friday schedule No weekends Why Work With Us Supportive team environment Opportunities to learn automotive skills Room for growth within the company Stable Monday-Friday schedule Work in a professional repair shop with experienced technicians Apply Today If you're someone who takes pride in your work and wants to build real skills in the automotive industry , we'd love to hear from you.
