We are looking for someone interested in a career, not a job! As General Service Manager, you'll oversee daily shop operations, lead our service technicians, manage customer relationships, and help keep our garage running smoothly and efficiently — all while upholding the reputation we've built as a trusted, family-run business in the South Fayette Township and Surrounding Communities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in automotive service management or a related supervisory role Strong knowledge of general automotive repair and maintenance Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage scheduling, staff, and shop workflow A hands-on leader who can also work with tools when needed Valid driver's license required; ASE certification a plus Skilled in quality marketing to help grow the business, including developing a social media presence across all social media channels
