You don't have to be a master mechanic—if you have automotive knowledge, mechanical ability, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do as a Parts Puller/Auto Core Tech | Automotive Remove automotive cores, air bags, and other designated parts from vehicles using hand and power tools. Pull automotive parts from vehicles for customers through our Customer Part Pulling Program. Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on your tools and equipment. Maintain wheelbarrows, hoists, golf carts, and other equipment used throughout the facility. Keep retail stocked with batteries, tires, radios, jacks, and other automotive items. Assist customers with locating and transporting larger automotive parts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures, SOPs, and PPE requirements. Meet individual and team productivity goals while demonstrating our values of Respect, Help, Learn & Grow. What We're Looking for in a Parts Puller/Auto Core Tech | Automotive Automotive parts knowledge and basic mechanical ability. Experience using hand and power tools. Automotive repair, maintenance, parts removal, or similar hands-on experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly. Customer-service skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to safely work with limited supervision and follow established procedures. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Comfortable working outdoors in an industrial automotive environment in varying weather conditions. Basic computer/mobile device skills. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate company yard vehicles as required by the position. Ability to work the typical Wednesday-Sunday schedule, including occasional overtime and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
