This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure optimal operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical repairs, with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service. Join us to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact our productivity and success! Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including HVAC/R systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and electrical components. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and various testing instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and low/high voltage testers. Repair and replace mechanical parts using welding ( welding if applicable), precision measuring instruments, and hand tools to restore equipment functionality efficiently. Conduct electrical diagnostics on systems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, low voltage circuits, and high voltage components. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks. Support field service operations by performing equipment troubleshooting on-site at different locations or facilities. Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret schematics and implement modifications or upgrades for improved system performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards by adhering to electrical safety protocols, proper lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA regulations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating technical solutions clearly to clients or team members while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Requirements Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial environments with hands-on maintenance responsibilities. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R systems, and electrical troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency with schematics reading, electrical blueprint interpretation, and the use of precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Experience operating field service equipment like scissor lifts or other aerial work platforms is preferred. Ability to perform welding ( welding if applicable) with certification preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting. Excellent analysis skills combined with troubleshooting expertise in industrial electrician work and engineering troubleshooting methods. Strong communication skills in English to effectively document issues and collaborate with team members or clients. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems—including low voltage—and high-voltage safety practices. Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints accurately for complex repair tasks. Prior experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial mechanic is highly desirable. Valid certifications in electrical diagnostics, HVAC/R systems, welding, or related fields are advantageous. Join our team as a Mechanic where your technical prowess will keep our operations running smoothly! We value proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments—your expertise will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence!
