This is a full-time position offering competitive Flag Hour pay based on experience ($45.00 per Flag Hour) and a $300 Tool Transfer Allowance. Mechanic Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to accurately identify issues and determine necessary repairs on various makes and models. Utilize schematics and auto estimating tools to assess repair needs and provide accurate estimates. Conduct routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and thorough brake inspections. Expertly repair or replace defective parts and components using a wide range of hand tools and power-train equipment. Perform welding and soldering tasks as needed for effective vehicle repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with service advisors and other team members to deliver high-quality and efficient service. Automotive Technician /

Mechanic Experience:

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical diagnostics & repair , mechanical, and power-train components across various makes and models. Familiarity with a wide range of automotive diagnostic tools and software. Experience working on diesel vehicles is a significant plus. Ability to accurately read and interpret technical documents such as schematics and service manuals. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a strong attention to detail. Mechanic Compensation & Benefits:

Flag Hour pay based on experience ($45.00 per Flag Hour). $300 Tool Transfer Allowance.
