In this role, you will leverage your extensive automotive repair expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your leadership skills will help mentor junior technicians and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automotive systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), diesel engines, and complex mechanical systems, in a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to excellence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and power tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including transmissions, powertrains, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and air brake systems. Conduct specialized repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment mechanics when required. Utilize hand tools and welding equipment to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Service vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical problems. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Extensive knowledge of ADAS technology, automotive electrical systems, and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience repairing diesel engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, and air brake systems. Mechanical knowledge of automotive powertrain components and mechanical systems repair. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused approach. Relevant certifications or training in automotive repair industry standards; ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory. Experience working on VW/Audi vehicles or similar makes is advantageous but not required.
