We are seeking to hire a full-time refrigeration technician. We have an immediate opening on our second shift (10 AM - 7 PM) for a transport refrigeration technician to diagnose and repair Thermo King refrigeration units at our Mount Crawford, VA location. Top pay for qualified experienced candidates! This position is full time with benefits. The candidate should have refrigeration and/or HVAC experience. Willing to train enthusiastic applicant. Truck-Thermo King, Inc. is a locally owned business and has been serving the trucking industry for over 55 years. The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, this position also participates in on-call rotation once trained to provide customer support outside of regular business hours Responsibilities Perform diagnostic tests on reefer units to identify mechanical issues and ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment for maintenance and repairs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and solutions effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
