AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR TDC

Automotive - Duvall, WA We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. TDC Automotive is a locally owned, family-operated repair shop that's built a reputation for honesty, quality repairs, and exceptional customer service. We aren't a dealership or a corporate chain. Our owners are involved in the business every day, and we believe in creating a workplace where people are respected, supported, and given the opportunity to grow. If you're an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized and following through, we'd love to talk with you. Compensation & Benefits Hourly base wage plus personal and team performance incentives Health insurance contribution Paid holidays Paid time off Monday-Friday schedule (7:45AM-5:15 PM) No weekends Ongoing training and professional development Responsibilities Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process Answer phones and schedule appointments Build and present repair estimates Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently Follow up on open estimates and previously declined work Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Qualifications Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and time-management skills Comfortable using computers and shop management software Ability to multitask in a busy environment Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and growing professionally About TDC Automotive Since opening in 2021, TDC Automotive has continued to grow because we've stayed committed to doing things the right way.
