What You'll Do Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism Listen carefully to customer concerns Build repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians Explain inspections and repair recommendations in an honest, easy-to-understand way Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently Help create an organized, positive experience from drop-off to pick-up Build long-term relationships based on trust—not pressure We're Looking For Someone Who Has outstanding customer service and communication skills Is organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Enjoys solving problems and helping people Has strong computer skills Can prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail Is dependable, positive, and team-oriented Can earn and maintain the trust of both our customers and our community Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we'll also consider candidates with exceptional customer service experience who are eager to learn the automotive industry.
