Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, and equipment Perform service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing codes Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance on every job Accurately document work orders, repairs, and job details using ServiceTitan software Represent Henco professionally in customer homes and in the community What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid Washington or Oregon 01, 02, or 04 Plumber License Strong residential plumbing troubleshooting and repair experience Exceptional customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (Marijuana OK) Preferred Traits Self-motivated and career-driven Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Team player who enjoys helping customers Committed to quality craftsmanship and safety Physical Requirements Standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, reaching, bending, and climbing ladders or stairs Driving for extended periods between customer locations Lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 pounds or more as needed Working in crawl spaces, trenches, and confined areas Assisting with septic system, underground line, and excavation-related work when required Ready to Take Your Plumbing Career to the Next Level?
