Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service management, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle needs and provide exceptional service. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction while driving service sales. We are a small town Ford dealership, with great family values that keeps our customers coming back. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs, providing guidance on necessary repairs and maintenance. Utilize strong customer service skills to build relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the service process. Prepare accurate estimates for services including oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, and more. Up-sell additional services based on vehicle diagnostics and maintenance needs. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used. Qualifications Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service environment is highly preferred. Proven ability in up-selling services and products while maintaining excellent customer relations. Familiarity with auto estimating processes and service writing techniques. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
