Job Description Lake Geneva Pool And Spa is hiring a Route Service Technician to manage a daily maintenance route servicing residential swimming pools. No pool experience is required. We provide full training. This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked in lawn care, pest control, delivery routes, property maintenance, landscaping, or other outdoor service work. If you enjoy working independently, being outdoors, and running your own route, this is a great long-term opportunity. What the Job Looks Like Run a daily service route of residential pools Test water and add basic chemicals Empty baskets and basic equipment checks Maintain a consistent route schedule Communicate with homeowners when needed Most days include 8-14 service stops . What We're Looking For Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors Valid driver's license with clean record Able to lift 50 lbs Previous route-based work is a plus Examples of great backgrounds: Pest control technician Lawn fertilization tech HVAC maintenance helper Culligan water service tech Delivery driver Property maintenance Compensation & Benefits $22-$30/hr depending on experience Company vehicle during work hours Paid training Consistent route schedule Opportunities to grow into higher paying service roles Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays during peak season.
