Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Technical certification in avionics or aerospace assembly preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of avionics experience in aviation, aerospace, or satellite manufacturing. + Strong experience in mechanical, electrical, and control systems relevant to avionics and propulsion subsystems. + Proficiency with harness dressing standards and practices in aerospace environments. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and detailed work instructions. + Hands-on experience with assembly, blueprint interpretation, wiring, avionics, bench work, and electronics. + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity when working with small components and precise assemblies. + Demonstrated commitment to quality and adherence to high-reliability manufacturing standards. + Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment using PPE as required.
