Job Description:

The Cell Phone Repair Tech will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing cell phones, fulfilling operational requirements, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Tasks:

• Diagnose and repair cell phones and other electronic devices, including both hardware and software issues.
• Perform software troubleshooting and operating system updates on various cell phone devices.
• Assist customers with retail sales of cell phones and accessories.
• Daily operations including opening and closing of store, maintaining store appearance, cash register, inventory.

Qualifications:

• 2 years related work experience.
• Highly skilled in customer service.
• Quick and independent learner.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for technology.
• Previous experience in cell phone repair is not required.
