Facilities Maintenance Location:

Canyon Lake, CA Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (one-hour lunch) We are seeking a dependable Groundskeeper / Facilities Maintenance team member to help maintain and repair community buildings, offices, and amenities. This role supports facilities including the Country Club, Lodge, Senior Center, and Event Center.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and minor repairs for buildings, offices, and department amenities Respond promptly to work orders and emergency maintenance calls Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of assigned facilities Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Attend required safety meetings and follow all safety procedures Complete other groundskeeping and maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license and acceptable DMV record Must pass a background check and DMV check Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 40 lbs. Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently Prior groundskeeping, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred Apply today for an opportunity to join a team.
