This hands-on position performs routine repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general upkeep while ensuring the property remains safe, clean, functional, and well presented. The ideal candidate is resourceful, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance needs in a boutique hotel environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order. Clean work areas. Dry-wall work. Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair. Basic HVAC work and repairs. Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, or wear. Install electrical components and equipment.
