In this energetic role, you will be instrumental in preparing homes for occupancy by performing finishing items that subcontractors are not contracted to perform/complete. We are looking for an experienced all around handyman who arrives on time, is quality focused, time-efficient and safety conscious. Duties Working hours, Monday

•Friday 7am

•3:30pm Must obtain active cell phone receives a monthly stipend a month for usage. Daily communication with On-site Superintendents, Area Managers and VP's. Perform walkthroughs with Superintendent. Caulking, cleaning of window frames/tub enclosures/all flat surfaces, remove trash in home and yards, cleaning threshold and tracks, check appliances for leaks, install plumbing kits, install medicine cabinets, install baseboard, install and adjust hardware, light drywall repairs and painting. Assists in demo projects as needed. Minor repairs in landscaping an added plus. Safely operate power tools in which you are trained and proficient. Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas during repairs. Follow safety protocols diligently by wearing PPE and using power tools responsibly during all tasks. May require site cleanup to support the overall construction process. Prior experience in construction painting, remodeling, or handyman roles is highly preferred. Come equipped with own tools. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently on construction sites while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in handyman services.

Qualifications:

Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding conditions. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety is a plus. Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety is a plus. Must have active car insurance and driver's license. Must have a good working vehicle and ability to travel in Inland Empire, Orange County, low and high desert.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position. Monday

•Friday 7am

•3:30pm Outdoor work in various weather conditions. Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and walking on uneven terrain. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and work boots.

Pay:

$22.00
