• Mon-Fri, no weekends We're looking for a rare combination: a genuinely skilled all-around repair professional who is also great with customers and knows how to sell the work.

You earn a strong billable rate for time on the job, a base rate for non-billable time, plus spiffs and bonuses on the work you sell and complete. With spiffs, effective earnings run $25-$35+ an hour — and there's no cap. The harder you work and the more you sell, the more you take home. Our top techs consistently out-earn a flat hourly job. What we need — skill AND sales: A true all-around craftsman: plumbing, electrical (where allowed by law), drywall, carpentry, painting, and flooring (install, repair, refinish — tile, vinyl, laminate, hardwood) Proven sales ability — you can build trust fast, present an estimate with confidence, handle a price objection, and close the job. In-home or trade sales experience is a must, not a nice-to-have. Someone who sees every service call as a chance to solve more for the customer (and earn more), the right way — never pushy, always honest What you'll do: Diagnose issues on-site, then create, present, and close honest project estimates Perform high-quality repairs and improvements across multiple trades, with real strength in flooring Turn single-repair calls into complete solutions the customer actually wants Communicate clearly with customers and the office; document each job the Mr. Handyman Way on your company iPad Wear proper PPE and booties, follow safety protocols, keep your van and workspace clean

Qualifications:
