We are looking for a dependable, honest, hard working technician to join our team. If you love to be outside and work independently, this is the job for you! We offer a set schedule, NO nights or weekends and we offer regular performance based raises. Experience not required, we will train the right person. Must be detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to remain flexible and adapt to an ever changing environment. Must have valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Must be a self starter and able to work independently. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather. There is room to grow for the right person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform routine pool maintenance (cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, brushing) Test and balance pool water chemistry Handle and safely apply pool chemicals (chlorine, acid, etc.) Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) and perform minor repairs Identify and report needed repairs or safety concerns Maintain accurate service records Provide professional and courteous service to customers

Qualifications:

Due to commercial insurance requirements all applicants must have 5+years of legal driving experience and a clean DMV record. Prior pool service or maintenance/repair experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of pool chemicals and water chemistry a plus Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
