In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing swimming pools to ensure they are safe, clean, and functioning optimally. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our clients by keeping pools in pristine condition and addressing any technical issues promptly. Some essential job functions include but are not limited to: Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and filtration system checks to ensure optimal water quality. Conduct thorough pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and cleaning filters. Inspect pools regularly for safety hazards or equipment malfunctions and address issues proactively. Maintain accurate service records, logs of repairs performed, and maintenance schedules for each client's pool. Assist with installation of new pool equipment or upgrades as needed, following safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance needs or repairs required to ensure their satisfaction. Desired Skills Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools necessary for equipment repairs and installations. Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar maintenance role is highly desirable. Ability to work independently while managing multiple service appointments efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to identify potential issues early.
