We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to join our production facility and ensure reliable operation of bottling and packaging equipment. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with an emphasis on conveyors and bottling lines, while maintaining GMP and safety standards to support continuous production and product quality. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on bottling lines, conveyors, fillers, cappers, labelers, and associated production equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures; diagnose root causes and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.

Conduct routine inspections, adjust, align, and calibrate equipment to maintain production efficiency and product quality.

Execute machine changeovers and set-ups to support production schedule and new product runs.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and spare parts inventory; complete required GMP and safety documentation.

Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to prioritize repairs, support continuous improvement projects, and implement reliability upgrades.

Ensure compliance with GMP, lockout/tagout, confined space, and other safety procedures; promote safe work practices across shifts.

Participate in planned maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and start-ups; assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certificate in industrial maintenance, mechanical technology, or related field preferred.

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with bottling or packaging equipment.

Hands-on experience with conveyors, bottling lines (fillers, cappers, labelers), and associated mechanical systems.

Working knowledge of GMP requirements and experience maintaining compliance in a production environment.

Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills; ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Basic PLC and control system experience preferred.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and respond to emergencies outside normal shift hours.

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
