This seasoned individual will assist our growing team in providing support for the inner mechanical workings of Cream Co's expanding operations. This role requires a skilled individual proficient at: Operating power tools, hand tools, and utilizing diagnostic equipment Problem solving and attention to detail to isolate malfunctions Logging data through various forms of media for tracking Working with a team to maintain a safe and clean work environment This role will interface directly with all of Cream Co.'s manufacturing workings, requiring both skill and finesse to provide for the company's needs while considering all the ramifications of any foreseeable downtime. About You The ideal candidate will: Have great understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, high voltage, and mechanical workings. Have the ability to confront challenges with a solution based thought process. Be skilled at digital communication and information management, including email, Slack, G Suite, as well as bring clear and concise annotation to the rest of the team if needed. Handle shifting and multiple priorities in this exciting face paced environment. Operate independently and with teams based on projects on hand. Be confident under pressure, inquisitive, but also spirited in their drive for perfecting the processes that are established
