EXPERIENCED

Residential Door Installation & Repair Technician Responsibilities include but not limited to: Traveling throughout the Bay Area providing top notch customer service to our residential and commercial clients. Servicing and installing garage doors, rolling doors, gates, grilles, electronic operators, as well as dock seals and levelers and all applicable hardware. Pick up and delivery of material. Communicate and coordinate regularly with our office team. Complete job forms through our paperless project application. Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have 2 years or more Roll Up Door Experience
• Mechanically inclined and can properly use hand tools, power tools, ladders, etc...
• able to lift 75+ pounds regularly (this is a labor intensive and safety sensitive position)
• able to work at heights of 20 feet or higher on a lift
• able to readily read a tape measure
• able to c ommunicate with customers , job site superintendents as well as other workforce trades
• strong customer service skills and ability to work as a team member
• effectively communicate, understand oral and written instructions, read and interpret documents and instructions
• able to pass required background/drug screenings as required by Federal, State and County contracts. Nor-Cal Overhead is a Drug Free Workplace.
• a California Drivers license and an acceptable DMV record (must also have at least 4 years of driving experience and no more than 2 points on record)
• must have reliable transportation (for special circumstances , e.
