Job Summary:

One day per week to start. Flexible on the day, although weekdays tend to work better than weekends. Hours are flexible as well, but ideally you would work 1x 8hr day per week. Hiring a local position to oversee complete yard/lot labor and various tasks for ongoing projects in Llano and Juniper Hills. This role involves working in a dynamic environment that offers hands-on experience in different fields. Projects vary from plant upkeep to small greenhouse assembly. Fall and winter will involved quite a bit of digging in rocky soil to plant tree seedlings, agave pups, and prickly pear pads. Spring and summer are more focused on keeping the plants alive during the summer heat.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing property maintenance
• Receive and complete daily objectives from project managers
• Load and unload equipment, materials, and other necessary items for the day
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Flexibility to receive deliveries if needed
• Perform typical handyman duties such as assembly and installation as well as site prep
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Skills:

• Experience with landscaping, carpentry, repairs and other miscellaneous tasks
• Ability to take direction from project managers
• Own tools and transportation a plus, will provide specialty equipment if needed
• Familiarity with general plumbing, electric, installation and overall assembly
