Compensation:

$20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours

Qualifications:

The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Driver's license and outstanding driving record is necessary Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance About Company Our Redding Hotel is near the Shasta Cascade Region.
