In this role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, including painting, cleaning, and repairing fixtures, appliances, and equipment Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including leaks, power outages, and HVAC malfunctions Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory Ensure common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and entryways, are clean and well-maintained Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent HVAC Certification preferred Experience in luxury residential apartment maintenance Prior experience in maintenance, repair, or construction Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; relevant certifications a plus Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time position offering $30-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
