The Maintenance Technician-Porter will perform routine maintenance tasks, support the upkeep of our properties, and contribute to a range of repair projects. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property, including plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance. Regularly inspect properties to identify issues and necessary repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Assist in the maintenance of grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general cleaning. Coordinate with management and other technical staff to facilitate efficient repair and maintenance operations. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. Maintain inventory of supplies and tools necessary for daily operations.
