We're looking to hire a motivated individual as a general laborer! No experience required, willing to train. This seasonal 3 month position job includes
- Setting/Concreting posts
- Pulling wire
- Hanging gates
- Cleaning livestock pens
- Throwing and stacking hay
- Snow removal and other duties as assigned.
Who we're looking for Ideal candidate is a self starter who is good at going with the flow. One that can easily bend, walk, stand kneel. Candidates must possess a valid drivers license with a clean record, be able to effectively communicate in English, have the ability to lift 85lbs frequently, and work in all weather conditions. Candidate must have reliable transportation to meet all over our standard coverage area. About the Job This position is Monday
- Friday 7am to 5pm on-site with some travel in October.
Standard coverage area is within 1hr and 15 minutes from Elizabeth, meeting onsite within that range without travel reimbursement or company vehicle. Our company travels outside of our standard coverage area to other parts of the state or out of state. Candidate is expected to travel with, accommodations will be made for up to 3 weeks away at a time Compensation Pay starting at $20.50/hr + Overtime. Biweekly Pay. Lunches paid through. This position is eligible to become permeant for the right candidate and lead into our benefit packages. Summary As a Fence Installer, you will be essential in constructing and installing various types of fencing to enhance property boundaries and security. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, alongside the ability to perform heavy lifting. While no prior experience is needed, a valid driver's license and English proficiency are essential.
