Job Description
SummaryResponsible for maintaining operations of equipment in Offal to meet production requirements. To understand and maintain the daily task and duties of Offal. Also to make sure that the instructions of the supervisors are being carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Vision, Mission, and Values of the OrganizationDrive yard truck to move trailers in and out of offalMaintain operations of equipment in offal to meet the production plant requirements.
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and assisting with the installation of equipment and systems used in offal processing and associated support areas of the facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and hygienic operation of offal equipment to support continuous production while complying with safety and food safety requirements.
This role reports to the Maintenance Assistant Supervisor and is primarily handson and taskfocused.
Clean floor of product spills from conveyors before end of work shiftClean and sanitize inside and outside of offal to maintain clean and safe work environmentAll other related duties as assignedQualificationsTo Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills.
