Mon- Sat 7-530, Pays $23-$25 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Associate to oversee the upkeep of plant nursery facilities, equipment, irrigation systems, and grounds. This position is responsible for managing daily maintenance operations, coordinating repairs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in electrical, mechanical and fabrication. Responsibilities Perform daily repair and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and irrigation issues. Maintain wells, pumps, water treatment systems, irrigation systems, and sprinklers. Perform building and greenhouse repairs Monitor facility conditions and promptly address safety concerns. Maintain accurate maintenance records, expenditures, and project status reports. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, including: Electrical repairs, Plumbing, Mechanical repairs and Carpentry Previous supervisory experience preferred High School Diploma or GED. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to write detailed repair reports and communicate effectively. Strong organizational and time-management abilities Commitment to workplace safety Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Must be able to work 6 days per week. Valid driver's license preferred.
