Job Description

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management services , is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services Department, supporting the Facilities Maintenance Team . The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills , a highly professional attitude , and a strong willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; overtime available What's the Job? Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete corrective repairs. Assist with the installation, modification, and maintenance of facility equipment and systems. Review and complete assigned work orders while accurately tracking progress through maintenance systems. Support multiple facilities within a 25-mile radius while ensuring compliance with safety and building code requirements. What's Needed? High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma with 5-7 years of maintenance experience. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a commercial or industrial environment. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Valid driver's license and ability to support multiple sites. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and work order management systems. What's in it for me? Opportunity for overtime and additional earnings.
