Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Roving Maintenance Specialist to support multiple affordable and market-rate apartment communities. In this role, you will travel between properties to complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. You will also assist with unit turns, grounds and building upkeep, and emergency repairs. Working closely with onsite teams, you'll help ensure safe, clean, well-maintained communities while delivering excellent resident service and supporting Dominium's long-term ownership standards. Responsibilities Travel between assigned apartment communities to complete maintenance tasks and work orders Diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment Support unit turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-list completion Maintain grounds, common areas, and building exteriors to company standards Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed Document work performed and update work order systems accurately Collaborate with onsite management and maintenance teams to prioritize work Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes Provide courteous, resident-focused service while working in occupied homes Required Skills General maintenance Plumbing repair Basic electrical repair HVAC troubleshooting Appliance repair Carpentry and drywall Preventative maintenance Building systems knowledge Work order management Safety and OSHA awareness
